Partnership Core

Mission

CEIR’s Partnership Core enhances VA’s ability to evaluate and implement evidence-based practices by delivering time-sensitive consultations on a range of topics related to project methods, funding opportunities, and potential collaborators. An additional focus is the expansion of infrastructure to support the implementation of evidence-based practices toward enterprise-wide adoption using proven strategies.

Consultations

We offer consultation on a wide range of topics relevant to non-research quality improvement projects, evaluations, and implementation science:

• Identification of key collaborators
• Available funding sources
• Review and feedback of planned project methods
• Links to best practice resources
• Strategic project planning
• Developing evaluation and implementation plans

Partnership Core, in conjunction with Learning Core, also provides consultations on training opportunities provided by the QUERI Implementation Strategy Learning Hubs and facilitates referrals based on learner needs.
