Access to care is especially challenging among vulnerable Veterans populations, including those who are homeless, involved in the criminal justice system, or those living in under-resourced areas, such as rural or inner city communities. In partnership with multi-level stakeholders across VA, QUERI is deploying and evaluating implementation and quality improvement strategies to optimize care for all Veterans across diverse backgrounds and settings.
